Refund policy

Some products are eligible for return and must be received within 14 days of customer receiving their product (this includes gifts for someone else.)

To be eligible for a return products must:

• be returned in the same way they were received
• new with tags still attached (if applicable)
• no rips, tears, or stains
• products must be unworn and unwashed

Products not eligible for return include but are not limited to:

• teethers and pacifiers
• bracelets
• sale items
• seasonal items

Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Store Credit will be given once products have been received and are deemed appropriate to restock.
